Important Information for a Seamless Delivery Experience. Orders placed during our regular working week (Monday – Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) will be processed and dispatched based on the specified lead time provided in the offer details.
Dispatch Delays Notification:
During exceptionally busy periods, there might be delays in order dispatch. In such cases, we will promptly notify you of the estimated dispatch date via email.
Address Details:
– During the ‘checkout’ process, you can specify a delivery address distinct from your payment address for added convenience (provided the billing address matches your credit card statement).
– Verify the accuracy of your delivery address, including the postcode, before finalizing the order payment. We cannot be held responsible for delays or parcel loss due to inaccurate or incomplete delivery details.
Special Considerations:
– For parcels delivered to a different address, ensure you include a specific Delivery Name, as per the requirements of your local postal service.
– When sending a parcel to a business address, include the Company Name along with the recipient’s name.
Order Completion:
– All products within your order will be delivered together in one shipment.
– In the event a product is unavailable, we will promptly inform you, credit/refund the item value, and dispatch the remaining items.
Delivery Address Modification:
– Unfortunately, we cannot alter a delivery address once an item has been dispatched.
Delivery Timescales:
– All delivery times are approximate and contingent upon availability. Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
– We are not accountable for delays post-warehouse dispatch.
Loss or Damage Disclaimer:
– While we strive to meet delivery timeframes, we disclaim responsibility for losses or damages incurred due to time-dependent deliveries.
– No compensation is offered to the customer for delayed receipt or inconvenience.
Parcel Security:
– We do not accept responsibility for parcels opened or tampered with by a third party during transit. In such instances, kindly contact the courier for guidance on proceeding as per their procedures.
