7. Exchanges

Exchanges are facilitated only for defective or damaged items. To exchange an item for the same product, email us at sales@zebrainn.com.

8. Shipping Cost

The responsibility for covering shipping costs associated with returning a product lies with the customer. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
